A new light industrial development in Mangawhai, part of the larger Mangawhai Central commercial precinct, needed a strong brand identity to stand out in a competitive market targeting both investors and business owners.
The goal was to create an identity that complemented the tilt slab architecture of the buildings and didn't feel out of place amongst a coastal location. The brand needed to be professional, modern, and visually distinct from other projects in the area.
We started by developing a unique name for the development, setting the foundation for a cohesive brand. From there, we crafted a visual identity that balanced industrial strength with approachability, incorporating subtle curves into the logo to soften the stark colour palette.
Alongside the brand we developed a single-page website for a sleek online presence, a suite of sales collateral, including brochures and signage, and custom-designed icons to reinforce the development’s unique identity.
With a standout look and a well-executed suite of marketing materials, the development established itself as a key player within Mangawhai Central.
