Repositioning bare land into the dream rural lifestyle

Selling a dream rural lifestyle from bare land is no small feat, and land developers like CABRA Developments know this all too well. While acquiring land and preparing sites for sale is second nature to them, translating that vision into something tangible for potential buyers requires a different set of skills.

We were tasked with redeveloping the brand identity, website, and all touchpoints for Palliser Downs. The goal was to create a brand and online presence that would serve as the key selling tools. The new site needed to be visually engaging, easy to navigate, and include all the necessary documents for potential buyers to pre-qualify themselves. Additionally, it had to be easy to update as the development progressed, all while fitting within a budget suitable for a relatively small project.

We refreshed the brand identity to better reflect a stylish rural aesthetic in line with what Palliser Downs offers. Next, we redeveloped the website to be visually appealing, include relevant content and be built on user-friendly platform Wordpress. While stock photography was used initially due to timing and budget constraints, we ensured it was implemented effectively to maintain a high-quality look and feel. We also created a comprehensive toolkit of digital assets for CABRA’s internal team to use in their online marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
