An end to end digital recruitment solution

Recruiting for seasonal kiwifruit workers presents a couple of major challenges. Firstly, you got a whole lot of packhouses competing for the same staff at the same time, and secondly a large proportion of the targeted workers are either transient or overseas. The solution? Well it’s digital of course.

For this year’s recruitment campaign we targeted social media and pre-roll and managed to score our best ever campaign results.

The bait was a series of fun little 15 second videos we shot around the Bay of Plenty and the deployment was all very scientific and data driven on youtube, instagram, facebook and via google banner ads.. The digital campaign led to a bespoke recruitment website which let the viewer sign up for a job, and of course dangled some fabulous prizes to things moving along…

Job done… and the jobs got done.
